Families Like Ours of Jersey City (FLOJC) is a social network of Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender and Queer parents and parents-to-be in Jersey City, NJ. Our aim is to build community on and offline: sharing parenting information, resources and providing opportunities for our children and ourselves to meet other LGBTQ families in our area.

The Hudson County Families of Color Meetup Group was started to bring moms, dads, and children of color together to socialize with one another throughout Hudson County, New Jersey. Hudson County can be a very transient place and this meetup group seeks to serve as a social connection for families of color, whether they plan to settle here permanently or are calling Hudson County home only temporarily.

Children of all ages and their families are invited to join us for a variety of fun activities. We offer playgroups, story times, holiday events and much more! Programs and services are open to the entire community.
