… Geocaching is a great way for the whole family to get fresh air and exercise, while exploring this beautiful city of ours. Our geocaching meetups are typically every 2nd weekend and last a few hours. We pick a different park each time and the kids (and adults!) have fun finding geocaches and trading. I would like to encourage young children to develop a love for the outdoors, and create an environment that encourages children to bond with their parents by doing some fun outdoors activities. I also hope to create an environment that will help them learn the value of friendship and of being part of a community. Some of the activities I have in mind are hiking, cross country skiing, canoeing, camping, tobogganing, cycling, swimming in lakes or rivers, and whatever else we can come up with.
